Energy
In the energy sector, our primary focus is on improving the quality of China's coal through preparation plant improvements. Today, China stands as the world's leading producer and consumer of coal. With relatively small amounts of energy derived from petroleum and nuclear fuels, and hydroelectric generation, China is almost totally dependent upon domestic coal production to meet its burgeoning energy demands. However, its coal preparation technologies lag behind many Western countries. Through the application of U.S. coal preparation technologies, China will recover more usable coal from each mined ton, and produce less pollution from each ton converted into energy.

The Environment
In the environmental sector, our focus is on improving the quality of agricultural land and associated freshwater resources. Our approach encompasses the composting of biosolids with crop-residual wastes (CRW) to produce a high quality soil amendment. Through our waste reduction and recycling initiative, not only will China benefit from reduced emissions of atmospheric pollutants, but also from improved soil quality through the application of the waste-derived compost on marginally productive land. In partnership with local fertilizer companies, our plan is to enhance the nutrient value of the compost with the addition of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium (NPK). We refer to this product as Organic Chemical Fertilizer.
